Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I just got an antique sock making machine. I've been busy in my craft room organizing and cleaning the parts. I can see 2 "teeth" that are chipped. I'm hoping once this is all set up it is still operable. Keeping everything crossed!

A sock making machine! That sounds interesting. Post pictures when you get it set up.

our neighbors, an old ex boss of mine,
raises alpacas. they have a couple of those machines. really neat.
I guess they came out during one of the big war times. people at home made socks for the troops.

I think it was WWII
back when people loved their country and were patriotic,.. nobody burned flags back then..
and no matter who the president was, they never called him "mister ------"

do you know what the definition of a level headed banjo picker it ??
he drools out of both sides of his mouth equally..
