Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I try not to offer anything that would attract English Sparrows. Those are the PITA birds; loud, obnoxious, food pigs. I do not mind feeding the songbirds. We have quite a nice variety here too, many we were unable to attract at our other house due to those Sparrows.

I am waiting for the turkeys to figure out the food bonanza is above them on the deck...... they just eat the leftovers on the ground.

No chickens here, so no worries on the wildlife robbing the feeders.

Good to see that everything is good by you and Ross...yep, I feed the wildlife here with over 100lbs per week being consumed by all the critters. Plenty of Cardinals and others...I also have 3 hanging suet feeders that are refilled often. I saved all the fat off the deer I cut up for the suet feeders....birds love it and I hate wasting anything from the harvest.

Yes Brent, they are not the proper Irish or Scottish Whiskey.
I had to look it up.....

Jim, not all of KY is dry, just certain counties. In Louisville they are pretty proud of their Bourbon..... it is everywhere.

That is the proper way to make an old-fashioned - a slice of orange, cherry and bitters muddled in the bottom of the glass - no Old-Fashioned mix out of a bottle in that one.

Good Bourbon is tasty, but expensive. Just like Tequila ...

Bro Dave and I watched a Glen Ford, James Stewart cowboy movie on TV.
we polished off a bottle of T. that was one of the funniest movies we ever saw.
ROTF laughing.
I saw the same movie years later. It wasn't hardly worth a strong smile that time. .
