Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

I would wait and see what happens cs. At this point it's critical lockdown time and you don't want to open the bator. I never count the day the eggs are placed..day one isn't till 24 hours have passed. Hate to see you spoil the hatch by opening it now.
If you wait and they start hatching, you will be glad, and if they are duds, you are not help with a candle anyway.

Good Luck!

The eggs are under a chicken.......

Hello from Tennessee! Work trip to visit one of our plants. A balmy 75* here today! Hoping I am able to come home tomorrow; they are predicting thunderstorms at O’Hare tomorrow evening....

We get smoke from the wildfires out west here too; and Canada.

Chickens should arrive at the end of the month. So excited!!!

When we go to the Strawberry farm to pick, they also have 3 varieties of peas to pick too. I eat so many when I'm picking that I make myself sick....Can't wait to do it again!

Good Luck cs.

Nice Turkey hunting weather at least. Bagged a 24lb bird this morning. They like the light rainy weather for sure.
Good eating in the future...we love wild turkey here.
Grass is finally slowly showing a little green. The hens have been searching all over today for some fresh sprouts.

Have fun...bigz

I got all of my green veggie seeds (kale, collards, mustards, turnips, spinach, chard, onion) and parsnips planted before the weather shifted and I hoping they come up this weekend. I’ve started celery, peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant in pods. If I get a chance this weekend I’ll plant lettuce, carrot, radish, potatoes, peas, and beets.

Still no chicks!

Happy to be back home but not enjoying these temps! Bumpy landing yesterday, delayed an hour due to winds..... left balmy 79* temps to 50*.......

Impatient for my bees and chicks to arrive........

Hosting Easter dinner at my house; should be interesting......
