gud evenink,, It was a nice day here. I did not spend too much time outside, I have the grandma watch today.. she was very naughty.. I gave her some chicken salad for supper. she picked up a piece of shell macaroni and ate it.. then she said what is this..? (I) chicken salad.. (SHE)It feels mushy,, I can't eat that..
(I)use your spoon.. (SHE)I'm not hungry.. LOL where did I get my bullheadedness from????

goose is still pipping.. prolly will not hatch until tomorrow.. I am trying a new approach with the goose eggs.. I put a couple into the hatcher a couple of days earlier than 3 days.. my theory is that by moving them, I might be disorienting them, being so close to hatch.. ?? doesn't bother the guineas, though,, I think I could roll them across the floor.

do you know the quickest way to find a caulk gun? works every time.. go buy another one,... when you come home you will stumble across the first one..

TO,I did not get kicked off for telling the joke.. I copied it from one group and sent it to another.. The owner/mod said that I stole material that was private, from his group. that joke has been floating around since 2008 , that I know of, probably longer..

I don't care if I get kicked off of every group that I am on.. I still have my own group and freedom of speech flourishes on there..

I was up, just too tired to post. Got up at 5 and finally made it home by 9........ I had errands to run in Appleton after work picking up odds and ends for Easter. By the way TO, Sams has a GF cookbook......

Just plain tired! I woke up at 4 (I think) and could not get back to sleep......


I think I have figured out what I am making; cheesecake for the in-laws and two pies for my moms house...... now all I need to do is figure out when I am doing all of this??????

Oh well. Better get going, I have a cat on my lap and he is making typing difficult... he is waiting for me to eat my breakfast so he can lick out the bowl......

Goood Morning Everyone! Yup Jim to bed early for me. Shut the tube off a little after 9 and slept till 6 one more night like that and I'll be back to subnormal. Always an adventure with your mom eh? And that is the way to find misplaced tools buy another one and poof there it is! What I really hate is after cleaning the garage I can't find anything.

on your goose. Cute babies ODrH! Those Buttercups are very neat looking! WOW TO what a difference 100 miles makes for plants! Waiting to figure what time otonoh will pick up his 4 new babies. He can post pics. I took a few just because I couldn't help it.

I want to haul in my winters worth of scrap metal this morning if their open so think that will determine what time they depart. Gonna be quiet around here.

Dr ha ha, whenever you want me to be there, my eldest has his temps and will be driving, I am brunette now, may be gray by the time we get there, the first time we drove, we ended up in the ditch.

good lesson not to be so cocky. I will of course take a pictures.

Hi fellow Wisconsinites!

Found this thread and thought I'd introduce myself! I've got too many animals, and mostly the duck type, but really enjoy the life I've got on my little place in Greenleaf.

My DD and I were planning on cleaning out the duck house today (seeing as we're both off from school), but only if it warms up a bit as we've still got some snow here from last week's storm. It's tough pushing the wheelbarrow through snow.

Hope everyone has a great Easter weekend.......we plan on decorating a doz or so eggs, and I'll try hiding them better than the ducks can. After having ducks for about three years now, I've got to admit I still enjoy the morning egg hunt........

the goose has knocked off a hunk of shell and I can see him moving.. and there are 3 new chicks watching him also.. going to be an exciting day for hatching..

Good Fish Fry Friday Morning... Welcome shantibirdy and platinum dragon hope you can make our bash in June. It will be a fun time for all.
Thanks for sharing all the great pics. Glad all the peeps arrived safe and happy. It's still winter here TO!
New bator arrived yesterday...I'm gonna be on study mode for awhile I think.
Hope you have a safe trip Dave to visit the Doc (congrats on the hatch) and pick up peeps (you are braver than me). Good experience for the young driver.
I'm not sure my nerves could handle it though?

I went to bed early too. I'll be up early tomorrow to try and call in a lonely tom for my fondy friend. The only thing I called in yesterday was 5 loney women.... what the heck?
