Good luck today big fam! Saying prayers now :)

Oh my! Good thing Danny Boy is out of the mix!!
That would have been my luck. The night before I sell a rooster, he would have gotten into a bloody fight. Thankfully that didn't happen. He was pretty darn good at staying out of the way of the other boys, though.

On the plus side, the boys all seem to be getting along this AM. I just hope it stays that way.

BigFam- Remember to stay out of the way and let those folks do their thing mama bear.

TO great story and we are planting merrigolds this morning me and the now 3 year old DD. so we can see some sunshine at work.

I wish we had the leprachan naming chart when she was born on St Paddy's day. I might gone with Sprinkles Clumsey McCoppertop

Hey... If I got my hands on any Chocolate bantys, do you think hershey could use him? You know, technically large fowl chocolate orps are not over here yet. All bantams. You want to go into the LF chocolate orp creation project with me??? :-D
Actually, Greenfire Farms has chocolate orps, but the prices of those chicks are a wee bit too steep for my blood. But if you're offering a free chocolate rooster.............

Are they LF? Actually I thought you could lend me Hershey. I'd keep her, get her drilled, keep some eggs for myself, then send her back to you. Then you could collect eggs and hatch out chocolates.

whatcha think?

Ps... I have no chocolates right now anyway~~~

and I just checked... Green fires chocolates are bantams, just large bantams. And $400 for a Pair of them?! I'd take a couple of red orpingtons or jubilees for $99 a chick. HA... Yeah right!
