Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Hey all......
Nice day here today and I wasted it sitting in court, waiting for my dumb arse X and his attorney to show, he's 9000 behind in support, they finally found him in contempt, stayed it for 90 days and ordered him to start paying the 90 bucks a week he is behind plus current,, have his Dr fill out the papers he was suppose to have there today, and make 15 job contacts a week. what a joke, he is so playing the system, I will never see that money just like I never saw the 4500 he screwed me out a during the divorce...ggggggggrrrrrrr I should just shoot him, cuz that will be the only satisfaction I ever see...

Anyway seeing as how noone ever answered me about to charge to the hatching eggs, I told her 10 a dozen.......... hope she actually shows........ now I have a dilemma, I have a place that wants all my eggs they can not keep up there supply with there demand, they will pay me 2 a dozen, but only if I can get them 18 dozen a week... my girls are putting out 12 I NEED MORE LAYING HENS............... anyone have a few to sell I need like 17 more to have enough, or at least 12 really good layers like my girls...... I have 28, and get 18 to 24 eggs a day, depends on if I can find them all..... they are good hiders........ anyway help guys, anyone wanna clean a few extra's out of there coops? Now I wish I would have kept the 10 hens I sold...argggggggg makes me mad, but go figure when ya think ya have too many it really isn't enough....... LOL or if anyone free ranges in my area do ya want to sell eggs, 2 bucks a dozen? let me know I can grab em on the way to GB where they will be sold....... so anyone let me know......... Kim

I saw th
Do you have a line on real, authentic Twinkies?   Because I've had to resort to Cloud Cakes.  I used to eat a twin pack of "low fat" Twinkies every day.  And WOW Chips, and some fat free chocolate brownie bars that just couldn't possibly be fat free because they were way too good.  I weighed 115 lbs, maybe I should go back to that diet.  Wait, they don't make any of that stuff any more.  I can't forget the Diet Squirt, I used to drink that too.

Remember when metabolife had ephedra in it?  Yeah, that stuff worked.  Seriously.
at twinkles are being brought back on the market this fall :D

Cute chicks,
I sent off my duck eggs..do you send the PP?

Picks of the new BLRW

Hatching out the last of my eggs I am going to hatch for a while. I have 4 Orps out and 2 left. I think I am going to have to buy BCM because these are infertile too. Three dozen infertile eggs? weird.

So I put the blu-kote on the white chick, and I am guessing from her reaction that it stings alot. Now I see the other 3 following her around like they do not know her, and want to meet and preen the purple headed chick. She is doing this stomp dance and screaming. I turned off the light and they went to sleep for now. What a scene.

Our internet is on the fritz! Ugh

Been reading on the phone and cannot type too much...no patience.

Gave the lavender orpingtons egg last night from my hand and they actually calmed down enough to eat it.the older two sets of birds are slowly integrating. The older three are of course picking on the younger 5. I now have another bird with cross beak just starting. that makes two so far out of the five. They both are blue laced red wyandottes one is splash one is regular. now that it's finally getting warmer I am on plugging the heat lamp for the younger 5 during the day. Hopefully this weekend it will be warm enough at night to leave it unplugged. They are old enough and feathered enough to be able to adapt as long as the temperatures stay in the 40 to 50 range for a few days.
I manage to get a bunch of seeds planted yesterday and some of the seeds I planted last week are already up. I've never planted tomatoes from seed outdoors but I'm trying it for the first time this year.

I'm with Terri, kids learn their eating habits from their parents. I have tried very had not to inhibit what my kids eat (unless it is junk food), even if it is something I do not care for (like tomatoes) I want them to try everything. So far I have not had too many issues, and I can take the kids pretty much anywhere I would like to go and eat. They have even tried Indian food and enjoyed it. All I ask is that they try it without giving me a bunch of backtalk; besides, last time I checked it was the parent who was in charge, not the kid.

Anyhoo, nothing going on here. I have my yearly review tomorrow. Whoopie.....

i was told by a diabetes nutrionalist that kids have very sensitive tastebuds...thafs why if you keep making them try foods ..as they get older they begin to enjoy more. also why older people cook bland foods as you age you loose zlot of your taste. living fjrst in cali then the twincities we always ate variety of ethnic food had neighbors from both east and western africa...germany and micronesia...we ate at thai chinese and indian restaurants regularly and seemed normal to them...however daughter was/is still kinda picky! but beginning to like more variety of veggies.
