Of course you know that exercise will aid you with the sh!t that has hit the fan and help you digest/categorize/assess your situation..... good for the brain and the body! Just a 20 min walk every day can work wonders. You need to make time for yourself lady...... we moms have a hard time remembering to take care of us. If mamma ain't happy, nobody happy! Grab the mutt and Halden and set out every evening, give the rest a job to do..... take the controllers with you if you have to...... or the router.
