Yes I think that with the small number of racks it won't save me much time and effort that the old round ones I have... I will just keep my eyes openWell, to be honest you might be disappointed. It only has 3 of it's 4 racks, it has no on/off switch. That also looks like it was not well cared for. A brand new one of that model sells for around $130. I paid I think $250 FOR mine and it has 6 racks which gives me lots of room to remove racks to raise dough, dry crafts, etc. As as well as saving lots of time by allowing .e to dry a lot of the same, or different things at the same time. I also have a lot more temp flexibility. If you invest in what you really need now, your Excalibur will keep you happy for years. Besides, check their website and get on their mailing list. In the fall they normally offer great deals and throw in lots of extra goodies. THINK I just got an email from them the other day. Just an FYI, my old Excalibur, which still works great, is well over 10 years old.
Just saw JJs suggestion. For $50 it might be worth the risk.
