Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

What large wide @sses they have!
I can say that my blrw Lacey from Deli has a big fluffy butt of which I'm quite enamored. Now if any of my p.o.l birds would actually lay, or lay in my coop, i'd be quite pleased.

JJ, I hope you saved the seeds!!!!
some from each. yes. and once again I enter the fall months with renewed hope that we can find a way to grow large to huge pumpkins or squash next year. I am like a Cubs fan. Next year, just you wait and see!

BBP I looked all over that photo and see no big breast, and I am a trained breast spotter.  I would feel better about that buck if the trail cam said 7 am instead of 5:18 am.  He doesn't look like he waits around anywhere for 3 hours.

OMG! It was a big bear! Not a breast. This darn autocorrect on my phone. That is so funny.

hmmm, no bare beast breasts pictures here

but I do have a picture of the new World Record Atlantic Giant Pumpkin, weighed a couple weeks ago at Uesugi Farms grown in Napa, CA, 2032#'s now that would feed some chickens!

This fellow grew 3 pumpkins that weighted right at 5800# this year. The WR fruit won $30,000 all said and done.

I miss you around here..if we meet at TO on Sat the 9th can you make it?

Hi All!

Thanks Cuties for the idea. Not sure what to do. I wonder if it got too close to the baby turkey.

Wow Delish another hawk loss? Even after the extra hawk scare stuff you put up! Next you'll have to put camo net over the whole yard! I hope you meant that deer carcass would feed your chickens for quite while!

BBP..... wouldn't mind that buck in MY freezer!!!!

cs.... Also keep in mind rabbits do much better in cold than heat. They have winter fur and overheat even at temps we think are pretty cold. When I had rabbits I never lost one to the cold, but lost a few to the heat.

CC.... Nice to see the Hershey Family!

JJ... very cute pick!!!!

dan.... WOW! OK, I picture putting it out by the chickens and poking a "starter hole" in it....... Can chickens live all winter on just pumpkin? I bet they wouldn't have worms! LOL

Well, nothing new.... Night All!
