Merry Christmas Eve,
I just put a dutch oven full of baby back pork ribs into the oven ,, covered with my ho-made blend of BBQ sauce.. In 1 hr 15 minutes, it should be all ready to eat..
I pre-boiled them for over an hour , so they should be nice and tender.. (I hope)
I never did pork before,, but this is how I do venison..
8 eggs so far today.. there were 10, but two of them were cracked..
Tommy had enough of his freedom ,, I guess he figured freedom was too cold.. He went back into the coop..
