why does it have to be 30% ? how are you going to achieve that ?
the reason nobody has it, probably costs a fortune and they don't sell much of it..
I can't imagine wild quail ever get that much ..

Fuxzi, there's a pet store in stoughton(not sure of the name) that has some 20% feed. It's right next to kwik trip and some laundromat, haha I'm sure these are all great directions. 18% feed is fine for them as long as it isn't medicated, and if I remember correctly you can grind up cat food and give it to them as well. I could be wrong, only know these things from my neighbor so if anyone else have more experience feel free to correct me. Maybe try ordering some game bird food online if you can't find any?

I have some 28% starter for our turkeys if you would need some to get you through to Monday till a mill is open. I'm out by Cottage Grove. Would have to check about it being medicated or not

Such an adorable baby girl Deli! I like Rhoswen, Jeneva or Zurina. Way to go BL4...I would NOT, however, go with Snowball! I really seem to like 2 or 3 syllable names for my pets. Of the above names I think my fave is Zurina...then I would call her Zuri.

We went out for our dinner tonight and two of the kids came too. We met them at the corner and we all had Prime Rib...it was fantastic! (mine turned out to be the biggest piece)

Neither my daughter nor I could eat the whole thing so I have LOs for tomorrow's lunch. MMMM!

DD22 was here today because she finally leased out her horse....they picked him up today. I must say that I am happy I was at work and didnt see him leave! He was the first "surprise" baby we had...the mare I bought was secretly pregnant and her baby turned out to be quite a talented animal! So he is on a lease to buy...I hope it all works out--the little girl seemed pretty excited!
When I got home from work we went to Kohl's and I got a NEW VACUUM CLEANER! WHOOOO--HOOOO! It has been a long time and of course while we were at the store DH went ahead and combined two OREK vacs I had and made them into one working vac! I might put it on CL to sell. This new one is pretty nice and no bags to deal with either. (plus I got an additional 30% off)

Good job on acclimating those dogs Jim! Maybe you can get them to behave...watch out when Dora comes back into heat however!

Great job on the Coturnix hatch! I always feed mine game bird food (also known as unmedicated chick, duck and goose starter) It is 22 or 24 percent...I have forgotten. You do have to grind it a bit smaller for the babies...but I think that is high enough...if you want to increase use cat food (as prev suggested) or get some roasted soybeans and grind them and add to the mix. Your mill should be able to teach you "the cube" and that will give you percentages for your feed. I cant remember the real name but that is what my guys call it!

I am so tired and planning on heading to Beaver Dam tomorrow at 6:30 so I guess I should get to bed!
