Good morning--waiting to see about this weather a bit longer...foggy, 31 and snowing! Not a great day for the road trip.
Cind I heard Ricky just fine in your post and thought it was funny. And Jim you didnt sound too uptight to me...I knew it was all going to work out....
CS--is that building fuzzy or is that how it looks before the masons put the brick facing on it? I like the brick part but the glass is hazardous to birds! I hope there arent too many deaths. I read somewhere a while back about how many birds they picked up each morning around some glass sky scraper. I wish I could remember where it was. There was a pic of all the birds lined up...rather sad.

No fuzzy picture, they are actually taking off the brick facing. This next week 3/21-3/30 that whole wall is coming down!

Here are pics of our chicks. the 18 day olds are an andalusian ( pretty sure we have a roo) and a chantecler. Then Morgan with the BCM's and then the two little lavs. They are coming close to one week old

Cute pics!! I wouldn't make up my mind so quick on the ba. I have 9of those right now. And the boys are already very pink. The girls have big combs without color.

She is a really nice lady with some really nice birds. Was wishing I picked up a few more BCM...I am hoping for one of each there and the rest pullets...but that might be pushing my straight run luck!

and another puppy finds a new home.. In Terri's neighborhood.. Lake Mills..
I am tired tonight,, I got up at 4 AM .. no nap..

BIL came and helped me hook up my heart monitor.. turned out we had a bad telephone jack.
then he gifted me with 300 4 inch zip ties. 3 different colors.. I will be banding the oldest hens..

Can someone post a picture of a chicken with a zip tie? Are they the zip ties like you get the hardware store?
