I have a nice meat grinder, I just don't know how to make summer sausage or those delicious hunters sticks from Louie's. We are really picky about the meat too. No skin, hair, tendons or fat allowed in there. I know when we brought our mule deer in they had that meat labeled very well. They didn't want that getting mixed in with anything else. lol
My dog has a huge bag of scraps to eat now. A friend came over tonight and said he knows a guy that would cook our waste up as "stew meat". No, that's dog food.

The carcass will go in the chicken coop tomorrow. They will have a great time picking those bones clean.
