Dang. So sorry Stacy! It is just one endless shitty year for some, me included! And sure does look like a mink to me. We have some here too but with everyone securely locked up at night they only killed one of the millions of rabbits and left the body right by the gazebo. Go figure!
So Ur gonna bring Mr. Ducky and the rooster over one of these days? Ducks shouldn't be alone or will you get a friend for him now? Not good alone in with all the chickens.
Here all is doing Oki. Gonna give them all the chance to swim again this weekend (mass diving!) to get the clean and better to prune themselves again. Just gotta make sure the pool hogs aka geese will let them!
Everyone is enjoying the somewhat warmer weather and one of our chickens started laying again! Woot! And the ducks didn't get the message that it is winter and to slow down it seems. Right now we get about 6-12 duck eggs a day!!! Which is a good thing as it helps with the feed bill this winter.
Made like 6 different types of cookies this last week and still feels like I'm missing some. So I guess I'm gonna make a couple more this weekend. And then send some to family in Germany to enjoy as they've been busy moving my grandparents into another apartment, just a few floors down from my parents. Gonna be so much easier!
After tonight's catchup cuddle session with my baby Quincy (crested Rouen drake) and my dogs all around me I feel better now. Buried our poor Studmuffin finally too.
