Miss, I wish I knew the kiddos needed something to do a couple days ago! I scooped out the whole barn with a wheelbarrow! They would have been gladly invited

things are a little colder here. The water in the barn had a small amount of ice on it today.
We are busy. And I have to find the time to prepare for thos weekends holiday festivities!
We lost the tiny kitten. She was so smalll from the get go :'( syd is having the hardest time with it. Poor girl.

Happy new years!!

I'm happy that my wife does not video some of my chicken adventures. Getting ointment on the bcm roosters comb. was quite the rodeo.

Almost as comical as the brahmas v.s. squirrel yesterday. Mine free range & put themselves away in the coop at night. Yesterday the brahmas decided to snooze under oak tree mid morning. Poor squirrel wanted to come down & they were having none of it. After about 10 minutes the squirrel gave up & when back into its den.
