looks like i won't have to start anything just yet..

We had a pretty lively conversation about the hunting "accidents' this year.. kinda hard to feel sorry for stupidity ..

I am enjoying a nice cold root beer.. only because we are out of beer beer ..
whenever I come in from outside after accomplishing something, I like to enjoy a beer..
today, I got the lawn mower stashed in the big lean to and with a tarp over it..
I got the old space heater moved out of the lean to and ready for the junk man to pick it up.. I also added a couple of steel drums and a milk house compressor with tank to the scrap pile.
there is a heavy bath tub too, if he wants it..

We finished cleaning up in front of the garage and I pushed dirt back into the large hole that the dogs had dug..

I returned all of the fittings to Menard's and picked up most of the shark bite fittings i need.. Don't go to Menard's in Wausau if you are looking for 3/4" tees, 3/4" connectors or 3/4" x 1/2" reducers.. I bought all they had ..I have to go to F&F to get some more if they have any ..

Gun legislation will do nothing to prevent things like what happened in California.. Gun legislation works only for the law abiding people,,.IMHO...
and, NO, I am not a NRA member ..I do not need other people to speak for me,,

Sounds like a good week! I just ordered some assorted turkey poults from Porter's (they are on sale).

kind of the off season for turkey poults, isn't it ?

Thursday Night Must Win Football Game To All.... I wonder if the winning team will show their face tonight?

I'm a NRA member and realize exactly what you said Jim....it's not the guns fault....take em all away and they will simply resort to bombs.....it's their minds...not their guns that are at fault.....you can kill with just about anything...if that is your mission in life. Don't blame the guns!

It is off season for turkeys. I ordered "assorted" which will be whatever are left over after filling orders. I've had Midget Whites for several years and want some turkeys with a little more color. They will not be shipped until late winter/early spring.

Then I would expect more like early spring than late winter..
I used to raise Royal Palms,, they are only white with black trim.. not much color, not much for size. but pretty non the less..


this was old tommy, he has no beard because he and our border collie used to attack each other every chance they got.
they got a big bang out of it,, and we enjoyed watcjomg the daily skirmishes..
