Wisconsin "Cheeseheads"

Sounds like a little piece of paradise. That's a nice size property...and really no need for anymore....should provide enough firewood. Hope it works out!

sounds too good to be true.. hope you can land it.

I am about done working for today.
I took Ollie and a rope and pulled the rest of the rafters down.only thing left it the rear wall with the door in it. I have to remove the door before I can pull that wall down.

I scooped two buckets of compost from the floor and hauled it to the new compost pile I am starting back by the garden.
there is still one good bucketful left to remove.
the dirt underneath is really black. I just might have to scoop that out too and haul in some sand..

I ordered 50 bags of redi mix . the computations came out to 42 bags, but in my experience, it never comes out exact .

Details......

Nice small barn built in the 90's capable of supporting vehicles in the top (you can drive into both the top and bottom sections). The barn has a greenhouse built along the south side. Property is 3/4 woods and has a small pond and some wetlands.

We will know by Monday if the reject/accept/counter.
Just wow! Good luck!

Just took the tape measure weight on the pigs. 265 pounds is what I came up with. Just about perfect butcher weight. They look really nice too. I'll post some pictures tomorrow

good morning,
I would hate if somebody did my measurement for weight..

when I was a kid, the neighbor had a tape for cattle. just wrap it around their chest right tight to the front legs. where the end met the mark on the tape would be the weight.
it was fairly accurate..

having a cuppa right now. still nice and cool outside. I fed the puppies and watched until they got the food all cleaned up. it goes quicker every day.
