three of puppies slipped past me and got out into the snow for their first time. they sure were enjoying themselves.

Frankie goes in with just once a day to feed them,. they really don't need her any more, but she needs to feel needed..

Hi everyone! I'm kinda new to BYC and since I'm also from WI I was hoping someone here would know where I might find someone selling emu eggs I'd love to incubate some emu! Having emu has been a dream of mine since I was very young and I'd be so happy to find some to hatch this year

Hi, I don't know much about emu's .
but I think they are seasonal layers ??
You might have to wait until spring for eggs.

Tonight we are having hash browns and stuffed cabbage. The home made sauce is always delicious. The Olympics are the most fun for me to watch when they have the biathlon games.....prolly when everyone is a sleep.....

Proud mamma moment! My youngest made the High Honor Roll and today for the second year in a row, he qualified for sectionals in wrestling! A big kudos to the whole team too! They took second behind Elkhorn at regionals! Not an easy feat, as Elkhorn has a top notch wrestling program!

My DS is the big smiling goof on the Left in the maroon.

I have been trying to find 2 new poultry judges for our county fair since mid-Nov. I finally got one! All I was given was a list of names with county and phone number. I've been really nervous about getting someone who's not "good". The guy I called on Friday is an APA master exhibitor and judges for 3 other counties. I'm so glad he answered his phone. I was starting to get really stressed out. Now to find one more. The judges we've been using in the past are great, but I was asked to not use the same ones for more than a couple years in a row. I'm realizing our fair pays much better than others too.

don't get too stressed. if push comes to shove, use one of the available ones for another year.
If anybody squawks about it, tell them thank you, now you go find someone..
I managed a very junior baseball team, if anybody in the bleachers complained, (one guy in particular) I walked over to the fence and said, we are looking for more volunteers, and you seem to know everything about it.. I never heard a peep from them again..
