Wyo, don't let him start to putter in the wood shop. the garage will never get done..
My woodworking shop is a total disaster.
worthy of before and after pictures.
I'll bet there is at least a cubic yard of sawdust and shavings on the floor.
I used to use it for bedding the chickens, so back then it didn't pile up so.

The woodworking shop is 2 stalls of the 3 stall garage. There are 2 garage doors, but only 1 is functioning, the other is an antique wooden vertical door with 3-panels that fold to the side to open. I don't think he has ever opened that one.
If the shop is clean, the garage is clean. The machine shed is another issue, lol. That is where his mechanical shop tools are; and where we park both of our trucks and both tractors.

No, it is a residence. I was built just a few years ago.
I believe the couple have split up. don't know who is living there. looks deserted most of the time..
I was in it while they were building it. every room is zoned for heat. the control panel takes up about six feet of wall space.
It has two ponds and a few acres. right next to the county highway. Out of place for such a structure.. Not even on a wooded lot..
You might have seen on the news a couple years back where a nephew shot his uncle ?
nobody died, though.
today I cleaned myself all up. then didn't do anything to get dirty. some might call it loafing, I call it regrouping. I might regroup again tomorrow..

It's a good time of year to regroup, Jim. Wish I could join you in that activity. I really feel like a regroup day would fit the bill.

If you can't take the whole day off, just take a nap. kinda like easing into it..
I took the garbage down and did the dishes and made omelets for breakfast.
I've been up since 3am. feel a nap coming on.
tomorrow a guy is supposedly coming to get the two mopeds. One of them is behind the garage , deep in the weeds. I think I will have to lift it out with Ollie and the loader.

That's a awful lot of money for a dwelling in my opinion. Perks and comforts are nice, but not a half of million for them...especially not on wooded acreage with privacy.
Didn't get nothing done today...I'm gonna call it a day off.

there are lots of those overpriced homes around here. One new development where nothing is under $300,ooo.oo.....
winter has settled in I guess. below 20F to start the day and only getting up to mid 20's
for the high ..
thinking of starting a fire in the wood burner in the shop. but waiting to see what plans the boss has for today..
