Darn - I was thinking about going, but I'd have to drag little sisters with me again, and the earliest I'd be able to be there is 8.

Oh well. The whole family is head-over-heels for the little White Call drake I picked up last weekend. My little sisters all want me to breed him to my Pekin! I tried to explain to them that it would be like breeding a Chihuahua to a Great Dane.

I would take whatever you want to offer. I have a huge flower garden that I'm working on. It's my 10 year project. By then I'd like to be in our local garden walk.

I'm in Waupaca. So not too far away. Let me know when things are ready to be dug up.

Sounds good. Let me know. We'll probably both take the class right away.

Well- only 3 Bobwhites hatched. I think it was because I had to move them to the other bator and it wasn't stablized yet.

It wasn't warmed up enough or something. It said 98*.

But the 3 I got are just ssssoooooo cute! So my grand total of babies right now is 50.

And I stuck MY NEW hatching eggs in the bator yesterday. Those are BLRW and GL and a couple more of Buck Creek Chickens Barred Silkie Cochins. Then I talk to my friend in Manawa and she got too many eggs for her bator. So she asked if I still had some room. So today we stuck a bunch of hers in there too. Now I'm just waiting on my delivery. It should be here tomorrow and that's 6+ hatching Lavender Ameraucana that I won at auction. THEN I should be done with the bator for at least a couple months.

Good morning, from looking at the posts I would say that we must all be outside enjoying the nice weather!

So far Blue and Mort seem to be adjusting to the outside coop and to their new roommates, as far as roosters go he is still pretty quiet but that might change as he get accustom to the new area.

All the new bantam babies are doing good so far-it's now a waiting game to see who is who and which ones will be staying and who we will have to find new homes for.....
