as for WI, having chickens makes me HATE winter even more.
DrH, I hear ya on the whole bathroom with in 1/2 hour after eating McDonalds, I have complety given them up, even the grilled chicken makes me sick (poor lady at the gas station)

I can eat some things at burger king??? guess cause the burgers at flame broiled? IDK

on the pregnancy thing, with my 4th child I HAD to eat cocoa krispies EVERY morning, major craving for it, some times 3 x a day. and now he's 5, and whats his FAVORITE cereal? cocoa krispies! LOL! weird huh? wonder about my daughter, I craved HOT things, I couldn't get enough horseradish. LOL we'll see on that one.

So hubby and DS were wrestling a bit and hubby rolled him over on the leather couch. Boom. Bloody nose and cut lip. With his finger. After the initial shock and crying, he took it like a champ. His nose bled for awhile tho! I had a hard time getting it to stop! Hubby felt terrible, After DS stopped crying I thought it was funny. I kept saying "Did daddy slug ya one?" And DS would go "Uh huh!" and DH would say "Don't say that!! I didn't do it on purpose!" I don't think Hubby did it at all, I think it was DS's hand that punched himself. Well, DS is totally over it and playing. Poor lil dude

DH set up DS's big boy bed, hes soooo excitied. He keeps telling us it's "night night time" and keeps trying to get us to put him to bed! lol. Since when does a toddler want to go to bed?

Today has been good. In-laws haven't been home so i've been less angry. It was super bad last night. I wrote about it in the family forum, trying to get ideas on how to chill out. The inlaws leave for a month tomorrow, so I think it's a much needed break. Maybe I am thinking my space is too crowded (as thats how it feels) and it's triggering some anger.

Chicken thighs/drumsticks are only $.98 a pound at pick n save! I don't need any, we got a lot in our freezer, and i'm going to try and dwindle it down a bit more before stocking again.

Hubby made it home 10 minutes before dinner was put on the table. So that was nice. Too bad dad and bro in-law didnt show up! It was one of the best and most flavorful roasts I've ever made! HAHA Had some left overs to send home with them, but it just isnt the same warmed up.

Anyway, Hubby agreed that I can have some turkeys this spring! Gonna raise them up for Thanksgiving and Christmas most likely. Not sure what type to get yet. We need at least a 20 lb bird to feed the family. (IF they all show up

)

I also have a dozen guineas on order. We will see if they make it this time. Last time the dog got them. But he has been good about staying away from the chickens. So fingers crossed!

I HATE getting up so early! I am NOT a morning person; sleep is my friend!!!!! Oldest DD had to schedule classes this AM and they go by a first-come first-served method of signing up so the earlier you get there the better off you are at getting the classes you want..........

You sickies keep your bugs at your houses! I dont need any tummy bugs!!! I hate that kind of being sick, give me the flu any time!!!

I have a LG incubator and turner, I picked up the incubator on CL and bought the turner at FF. Works great! Of course, being me I have 3 thermometers in there keeping tabs on everything......

Ok, I am about out of juice here. Catch you all tomorrow...... I think......

Raimnel after reading your post all I could think of was cocoa crispies with horse radish on them

Another busy day planned, getting bread started here shortly then on to the rest. Kiss your chickens they deserve it even if they don't like it.

HOLY BUCKETS!!!!!! Bring in the firewood tonight! Windchill advisories for NW WI -25 to -40 for tonight until noon tomorrow! My poor chickens! I hope they stay inside with the heat lamps tonight!

I think I will stay in with my BYC buddies and a book! If I get to the book it will be a miracle! I'm so addicted to this site I feel like i dont do anythnig else! lol
