Raimnel, I have my CNA licence. It is a quick course but they need ADVANCE warning if somebody has a learning disability (the exam would be difficult). My mom has Dyslexia; did not learn how to read until she was 16. She went to school and got her B.S. in Education when I was 12. Now at the schools they do accommodate people who have learning 'disabilities' (I hate that word, makes it sound like you are not able), all he needs is the Doc's diagnosis and they will make arrangements for him. He should not be afraid!!!!!!! And if you have no idea what you want to do, that is ok! At the 2 yr Colleges they offer an Associate Degree in General Studies; you cover all your general degree requirements for the four year schools so if you choose to continue on when the timing is better you can, plus you have an associates! I can chat with you more about this at the Bash if I can make it.......
Homemade chicken fajitas for dinner tonight! Yummy!
I'll put a post on the Bash link taking requests for ducklings! I would love to hatch some out for my chicken friends!
