The same thing happened to my neighbor last year. She found out that her fetus had died during an ultrasound. Listening her tell the story was so sad too. Would you believe one of the doctors she had actually told her to wait for her body to naturally expel the fetus (sorry I can't think of the exact words he used) I don't remember how long after that she went to another doctor and they took the fetus. We didn't know any of it had happened for several months. I felt so bad for her as well.
Happy to report she had a healthy little boy about a year later (March 16th 2012).
Wishing your friend the strength to get through this.

I need chicken food again. Contemplating on where to go. Do I want to go all the way down to Magee's again? Then I can hit TSC in Shawno too !!! But that dollar aint gonna buy the gas !!! LOL

The chicken tractor construction is now up on 3 wheels! Rolls like a dream... (on the concrete garage floor).

One can hope it will do reasonably well when it goes off roading... Just got an awesome image of it screamin' down my country road...

Back from work...AAHHHH! LOL! I was just home when the neighbor stopped and gave me the rest of the fence he used to fix the part of mine that he hit with his car in the snowstorm last month!

Now I have about 315' of new line fence to work with! I guess I will be renting a pot hole digger. Might actually get my perimeter fence done this year! That would take quite a load off of my mind when I am not here! I only wish we were back from the road so I could fence the front too! I am thinking that my geese will shortly be very sad because I will fence them from the pond next door. The neighbor told me that it was fine with him if they swam there...but the other neighbor reports that he chases them with his car when they are over there. Now I see a paddle boat in the pond too so....neighbors.....GGGRRRRR!

THe baby goose is all cuddled up with the chick and the guinea--so cute!

The wind had died down and the sun is out...good, I have to go and get hay tomorrow. Didnt really want to drive around with a load of hay in that! THis summer I want to get the mow FILLED! This is the second winter that I have had to get hay every month--I hate it! Problem is, I cna never get anyone to help unload during the summer months. I just might tell DD20 that she can find and pay for hay or she can get her friends to come and help unload it! I think that sounds fair dont you? After all, she does own 3 of the 4 horses!

I've got the litter in here now...have to get at those cat boxes...peeee yoooooo!

Suzie made 3 dozen deviled eggs for the church's spring salad lunch. I offered some kind help with how to do it. I Prolly figured out that I wasen't really any help...what the heck? It's the womens biggest fund raiser, and they have a great puplic turnout. I'm taking my 90 year old mom. She loves the event...so many faces, she knows.

Left over fish and ho-made frys tonight....no jennie on friday, means fish sandwiches tonight.
