Evening all, Well the coop is ready, the car is packed., Alarm clock set. My youngest (14) has decided if we stop for breakfast he will come with me, we shall see. I don't remember sleeping as much as my teenagers do but I guess it is normal. Reading up on seabrights and Japanese bantams may get 4 Japanese and 2 seabrights. Still wish I could get a Japanese roo. Too bad they are shriller than regulars and almost as loud.

Taking a quick break while I have cake in the oven. I have 48 mini cupcakes baked so far, another 24 in the oven and another 24 to bake.... then I have to make another batch. I am debating if I should make 144 or 192.... I am voting for the 144.....

Good evening! Dan that was a great pic...and I am so glad you included the link because the video was awesome! I have to make something for my goats to climb on I guess...they are probably really bored with their set up!
BigFam--I FOUND THE GARLIC!!!! I knew I would just as soon as I bought a clove at the store to plant in it's place for an experiment...yup, my son told me to clean out those peppers cause one must be going bad--there are fruit flies. It was the gift bag from you house with the peppers and okra and the garlic in the bottom! YEAH for me! I guess I will be planting garlic this weekend. I read their whole site...very nice. Of course I had to contact them with my editing information...I tried not to sound snotty in the least...I hope it worked. LOL!

OK--I need to go out and lock up the critters. I sure hope the rain lets up for the weekend...3 days now and I am going crazy for sure.
