Wispy looking hen

Hello, I'm new to this forum. Love the option of picking lots of people's brains on chicken issues I can't solve by myself. I've got a 2 year old silver laced Wyandotte hen that never came out of her molt. Her remaining feathers are wispy looking, particularly around her neck and the color on her feathers is dull compared to her yardmates. She is in good weight and her comb is brightly colored. I am not dealing with mites and I've wormed her, but she has basically stayed the same. Am I dealing with something else I don't know about? Thanks in advance for comments.............

If diet isn’t the issue, Have you tried treating her for deplumimg mites?

What did you use for worming? Could others have begun picking feathers?
