When I was in Europe for holiday in December 2022 - January 2023 (we went for 19 days) I saw much of France, Germany, Italy. We drove from Barcelona Spain through France to Germany, down through Switzerland to Italy. It was an absolutely incredible trip. Nuremberg was very similar to where I live in Minnesota, USA. There was an awesome outdoor shopping area. I bought some leggings and a hoodie. I WILL be back there someday again "soon", within like 4 or 5 years. I loved it so much!

I think Barcelona was my favorite though. The weather was so nice and the people were incredible. There was a big shopping mall in Barcelona that was VERY much like American shopping malls. They even had a big market that was reminiscent of a Walmart.

Also chicken tax... My girls are hanging out on my deck this morning. 🤣

Oh gosh, I read chicken tax an I thought I was in the wrong thread :lau

There are but they're greatly reduced compared to what the ones that are cause by pharmaceutical companies have you ever listened to the ending of commercials?
Oh I have. We have joked about it in our family for a long time about those.

Its just not good to say there are no side effects from the plants because there are. It does not matter if they are greatly reduced. Also the reactions differ from person to person. One person could be highly allergic to them and another they have no reaction at all. The reactions are side effects of consuming the plant. They are both good and bad side effects.

Even tho a herbalist is not a pharmacist they need to come at the profession like a scientist so they do no harm. Know how the compounds in a plant can effect a person. ....

Have to go to the store will finish this thought when I get back. LOL.

It's truly amazing you can honestly treat every ailment with plants without the weird and stupid side effects of big pharma that causes other issues
I’m allergic to literally everything it seems; if I even touch some things I get hives just from contact. I can use EOs for smell, like lavender and/or mint for a headache, but no skin contact. As a result I’m cautious about what I ingest also. Homeopathic remedies work well for me so I go that route.

I spend my days reading and researching trust me I know and get what you are saying. My step mom can't take echinacea a simple compound herb to combat illness can kill her. I've taken courses. I also don't advise anyone to take anything without consulting a Dr. I myself don't believe in Dr's but that's me lol 😆 it's called "practicing" medicine for a reason. Everyone has to do what's best for them. Which includes doing your own research into everything you put into your body and never just going by what someone tells you is good for you herbalist or medical "professional"

Have you tested for MCS?

I think the same is true of pharmaceuticals. You really don’t know how your body will react to anything, hence the warnings. The biggest difference, in my mind anyway, is that the typical herbalist isn’t a licensed healthcare professional with malpractice insurance. Doesn’t mean they aren’t qualified and being careful about what they’re doing though.
