Does one wing look like it is too high and one looks like it is too low? Or is it just the low wing that needs help?
Hello my baby duck is doing the same thing.I have been giving all my baby ducks Brewers yeast with niacin and garlic, that l bought from Fresh Eggs Dailey. 1 /2 tsp per 1 cup of food. I'm also giving them MannaPro Duckling an gosling starter grower. It has 22% protien.I have 5, baby ducks and they are 2 weeks old. only one has trouble. I went to the health food store and bought liquid Vitamin D-3 drops. (400 lU per 4 drops) an also just plain Brewers Yeast. How much of the vitd -3 should l give them or the one an should l also sprinkle the yeast on there food? Just want to thank you ahead of time any information you can give me l would soon appreciate it.This is my first batch of ducks an l thought l was fully prepared l guess not! So thank you so so much for helping me. TeresaI'd go and get some liquid B complex it can be given to any other ducklings you have too but when one is showing niacin deficiency giving the liquid B complex seems to help them quicker. You can get human at most stores that sell vitamins or go to TSC and buy in the cattle section.. TSC is 1 ml a day over feed or treats just enough of either so she gets full amount of the liquid. Or if you get human b complex it's 3ml day since it isn't as concentrated as TSC. Usually once started if niacin def and most likely it is they recover pretty quick possibly a week or less depending on how long it's been going on. So very important to get them started asap.
