Woke up this morning unable to walk,flops on side

This is Cosmo.She is a 3 week old black australorp.This morning I found her being trampled on by the other 5 and unable to walk.Prior to today she has been acting normal and was the biggest out of the 6. She is pretty lethargic now and just laying in one spot. She will eat and drink a little bit.I separated her and gave her some food and some water with apple cider vinegar. She doesnt appear to be in any pain and I cant find anything visibly wrong. I'm hoping maybe she just needs an extra vitamin boost? They are being fed Manna Pro Starter chick feed non medicated and were outside one time to graze.All the others are still perfectly healthy and acting normal.

Was this chick hatched from within your flock as opposed to be store bought?

Do you have other chickens? Is a broody hen caring for these chicks?

I purchased 6 pullets from a hatchery. They are all 3 weeks old.No other chickens.

Have the chicks been around anything that's greasy from car oil or transmission fluids? Have the chicks eaten any unwashed fruit or veggies?

If toxin exposure is ruled out, that narrows it down to a vitamin deficiency of B2 and vitamin E. Try giving the chick an E capsule and a vitamin B2. Both of these, if lacking, can cause these symptoms.

No,to both of those.

I went and got sav-a-chick electrolytes and probiotics. She is drinking but barely. I've offered it in a dropper and in a dish. If she doesnt improve, I'll try the actual vitamins. Thank you.
