Woman banned for life from Walmart Stores in the US

I didnt see the camera hit the floor. I just saw the camera get moved down where it could not see the card machine an you her her say something about him touching her property. If he slapped it you would have heard the sound.

Watching the video - including her video that she shot - she's the crazy one in the group. Now she's whining for attention because she didn't get worshipped like she wants. Well, yeah, grow up lady. Sorry, that's all there is for it.

She filmed the cash register and credit card machine. As far as I can find, that's flat out illegal. Hope she gets arrested and charged for her actions that she thinks are wonderful.

They do ban folks from "all" walmarts...
Had a foster son that got caught stealing at Walmart (before he came to live with me)..and they told me he couldnt go in any Walmarts.. he was banned from them.
So i guess they do do it..

I think that's a matter of state law too. My understanding of Ga law is you can tell someone to leave an not come back but that only means that day. If you come back that day they can have you arrested. Tomorrow you have to tell them to leave an not come back again. So a ban for life wont work in Ga

Who made the first contact? That would consider assault and battery when you slapped a person whatever reason. They should have brought in the top manager to control the anger and complaints before it gets out of hand.

Aye that's the problem, where is the slap LOL! The store manager should not make any contact, neither does Mrs C has that right to touch or make contact in harming someone, including the manager.

If the manager can not get the woman to "close" her phone to shut off the video mode, he should have called security or call the city cops to come in and remove that photos/video from her phone, that is MY guess if they can do that.

Unfortunately, my son went through a "bad patch" when he was a teenager and got caught shoplifting in a Walmart in Vallejo, California, when he was 16. He was banned from all Walmarts for life.

He never went into that Walmart again but goes to other Walmarts all the time, always has, always will. They can TELL you you're banned, but they cannot enforce it.

ETA: Not saying it's okay my kid shoplifted... believe me, he had OH so many consequences for it. For the last 6 years, he's been a security guard at a mall in Sacramento, so he did very much turn his life around. Just making a point that Walmart can tell you you're banned, but they cannot enforce it. It's not possible.
