Could be either. if it is white leghorns those combs should start getting big ASAP. It could be Amberlinks too.

My money is on Amberlinks. They look a little thick to be Leghorns. I had one Amberlink and several Leghorns last spring and the Amberlink stuck out like a sore thumb. I don't think they're sex link cockerels, I think were that the case you'd be seeing larger combs.
I hope I'm right and you're very happy with them in another 4-5 months![]()
Regardless of breed, definitely at least one cockerel for sure. Pullets don't get that much color to the comb until they are nearing laying age.
