Wondering if I might get one gosling (goose) as opposed to two

I have 3 (2 hens and one drake) muscovy ducks and would like to add just one Buff gosling (hen). Do you with geese think that is a good plan? Please give me your experience and any pros and cons to that idea.

i wouldn’t , it would be sad. they speak different languages. I was explaining it to my mother once and said it’s like if you lived in a foreign country and never learned the language and could never communicate with anyone there and you were the only one it would just be a sad life.

My buff American female geese have been respectful towards my muscovy. Adding a pair or trio of females would be better. I would avoid males as they sometimes can have cross species aggression.
