Wondering if she's a he or not

Well it looks like Charlotte is actually Charlie. Ha ha, I am not allowed to have roosters, zoning wise. Recommendations on what I should do? I dont mind "skirting" the law but dont want to bring undo attention either.

He isnt crowing yet, and I think thats the main reason for not having a rooster, will he crow down the road?

oh he will start crowing and when he finds his voice oh boy can they get load for such a very small breed. find him a new home out in the country, they are to small to even eat (ok maybe a baby could eat them since they are so small lol)
 
cant go completely off of wattle and comb sometimes, look at its coloration see those deep red patches on the wings? those patches on any chicken will indicate a cockerel 99% of then time.

his coloration looks like its a black breasted red old english game bantam cockerel...thats a mouth full lol
That's very interesting about the coloring - I didn't know that! My son has 3 black breasted OEGBs and this little guy definitely looks like our two cockerels. Cuties!
