Won't Lock Orientation (Bug)

Omg. Now it rotates when I use my browser. I double checked to make sure my phone settings were correct. They are. It doesn't do this on my tablet, when using the browser, even though it is an android tablet.

Reboot it then check to make sure you have the dumb autorotate turned off.
