wont socialize with others

my new hen wont socialize with the other 10 hens she is far apart from them and when I throw scratch she wont come to them so I have to go to her to give her some.

Is she new to all your other chickens or are all of them new? If she's the only new one than she won't be part of the group for at least a year and maybe never.
