Well, I finally finished my 8x5 coop with a 10x20 run! 4 nesting boxes, a big perch, and I'm getting 5 hens at 8:30 central time!! 2 Buff orpingtons, 2 barred rocks, and a partridge rock! I basically used the Dark Dozens coop in the medium coops forum. I have a 1 gallon waterer and a 7 pound feeder inside, and a 1 gallon waterer outside, and will get another larger waterer for outside. I have a doghouse roof in the run in case of hawks and other arial predators, have dog tested it(partially), and have a wire-covered run! So happy, I will post updates tomorrow!
