Wood burning stove fiasco

Pics
Wow. Just wow. Is the installation of a pellet stove that much different? Fire, air intake needed, smoke has to go somewhere, and heat. I don't know if the requirements are different, so maybe someone can chime in here?

Pellet stove does not require a chimney or much in the way of insulation. I have one and it has a straight exhaust pipe that goes through the wall to the outside only a few feet above ground level.

So another update. We went in this past weekend and complained to the lead install manager. He said he hadnt even heard about it but we could see pur paperwork and photos sitting on his desk. When we asked about reimbursement he said he doesnt handle that the guy we talked to last time does. He said that hed have him call us back this past monday. Well...they waited until tuesday but they called back. They said they ordered replacement pipe for the dented ones and will call us when it arrives to be installed. They said they can not provide reimbursement for what was not installed until that is completed. Now we're just waiting...again

Did you point that out to him?
My fiancee physically walked over to his desk and took the papers off to show him. The guy pretended (we think) to be angry saying "they shouldnt have installed dent pipe. They should have come right back here and ordered new if it was dented." This is all second hand to me though. I had to wait outside because he didnt want me to "make a scene". When he tells me to go talk to them; he will be fed up. Hes getting to that point though. We've discussed taking them to court
