Wood duckling won't walk on one leg?

Update: she had a vet appointment today. She had x rays and nothing is broken. Vet believes it is either a birth defect, or an old injury that is healing wrong. Unfortunately he says there isn’t much we can do for it, she will just have to adapt and learn to get around. Thank you for all the help!
