Woodie and Mandarin ducklings

hey Waterdog, did ya have any ringed teal hatch this year? I'm tryin to find a pair at least by this fall and you arent that far from me.

what do I do to 1 little Mandarin duckling (1 week old) with a twisted funny leg all of the sudden? it does get around in the brooder box, but not fast like the others and like it could yesterday. I think it may have gotten injured when it was hopping around like they do. How can I help it?

it's still walking funny and rests alot on its chest...poor thing.
Different question...can I mix my 2 week old Mandarins with my 5 week old Mandarins soon? or do they all have to be about the same size to mix them together?

I wait until they are close to the same size they can bully each other, if you try it just watch them at first to see how they get along

ok, thanks! I think I'll wait- getting the little ones back out would be difficult if they were to get bullied. It's a portable chicken tractor with a 6' run connected. Very awkward to duck walk or crawl thru that run trying to catch ducklings. Been there, done that. Don't want to do it again anytime soon.
