My grandson and I built a Woods Monitor Style House this summer. This is the small 6 x 10 plan from pages 130 - 132 of the Woods book. Woods calls it the "Back-loter"
The deck was leveled and plumed.
We framed out the front wall first. Used a 2x6 header to carry the lower roof load.
Got the front middle and back walls done.
Then framed out the roof.
My grandson (a Banty man) puts CDX on the top roof.
Almost forgot to stop and take a picture. Here the house is framed and the CDX exterior walls are going on.
Almost finished, needs some painting on trim and shingles. I'll post one finished pix later.
