Previous owners created the space. It was going to be an added dressing room but became a junk room. The chainlink was put up as a deterrent for anyone trying to shop in their junk room. It has a metal roof that, when snow melts, causes condensation in a 6" area above the run door. Need ideas as to 1) stop the condensation, and 2) stop a draft at hen box access. Should a real wall be put up? I was thinking it's perfect for summer heat ventilation. But winter will cause it to be cold and drafty. The entire roof has ventilation. My access door (not shown) is solid wood.
Ideas are requested and appreciated.

Welcome to BYC. If you put your general location to your profile we'll be able to give you better-targeted advice.

Also, more photos would be helpful.

Sometimes a condensation problem can be solved with better airflow directly under the roof, sometimes it's necessary to provide some kind of thermal break. Detail photos of the roof structure and tops of all 4 walls will help us advise you. :)
