The world can't end yet. i have a rabbit leaving for ARBA convention on the 26th plus all the food in my house is good until the 30th at the least.

The scary thing isn't "what if he's right?" because he's not. The scary thing is that the technology is available for another nut to try and prove him right by means of self-fulfilling prophecy. In other words, someone could be so convinced that the end is coming, so why not help it along by blowing something up?

Yep...read Sam Harris' book The End Of Faith if you want to be scared even more about the marriage of bronze-age philosophy with modern technology. For some people, nothing would delight them more than if the "end of times" began tomorrow...except, of course, if they could be counted among those who got the ball rolling.​

I think that it will end, because Yellowstone will erupt, sending the earth into a state like nuclear winter. One of the few things that kind of scare me are Caldera Volcanoes. Of course if several other calderas like the Canary Islands blow at the same we could all end up being toast.

This isn't a bad theory. Yellowstone last erupted 640,000 years ago, and it has a history of erupting every 600,000 to 800,000 years. So it's due to erupt any day now. Of course I don't have a clue as to what this has to do with the poor old guy that just wants to be raptured before he dies.

People give this man money? Why give anyone money? If the world is ending the prudent thing is to buy your supplies so you can survive as long as possible....if you even want to survive.
