WORM ? - Normal, Everyday Worm, or Roundworm?

We have been experiencing a TON of rain in Texas. There are very few high and dry spots within my coop area. (Don't worry, when not foraging, they spend dry time during the day in unused, open horse stalls.)

Yesterday I saw, I swear, this same worm on the ground, with my Naked Neck Turken pecking at it. Today, I' cleaning up poop boards, and find this….
Does anyone know if this is this a bad worm or something that lives in our soil, and it looking for a non-flooded site?
