Worming question. Poor girl.

Just to follow up on this thread:
It is going on 3 months since worming, and finally she is not pooping water most of the time any more. She will also pasture now (eat some grass/weeds) and is acting more like a normal chicken. I'd say the watery pooh is down to 10% of the time. Conclusion is that it just took time--a long time--to heal her digestive tract (probably from long-time worms) and nothing else was wrong.
Thanks again for the advice and the tip on the boiled rice. She also ate the wheat out of the scratch mix.
I tend toward the natural approach, but some chickens especially need to be wormed!
