WORMING with Fenbendazole - - How much?

I wormed w the liquid safeguard today straight. I put it on a tiny bit of food n it was gone so do I do it again?? Or wait?? I'm new to this. I think he has gapeworm I'm scared! Would dosing him again tomorrow b dangerouse?

I am so confused. I wormed all 11 of my chickens tonight with Safe Guard - .5 mL for large fowl and .25 mL for my banty cochin. Do I need to do again in 10 days? Or in ten days should I switch and do Valbazen? OR do I not need to reworm?

There is no reason to switch to Valbazen unless you are seeing a worm that Safe Guard does not kill. Gapeworm ( in the throat causes the bird to choke) or Tapeworm ( just like tapeworm in dogs) are two specific worms that Safe Guard does not treat.
Most other worms will be killed with Safeguard.

Edit for. I have wazine and safeguard for goats I should start with wazine the switch to the safeguard 10 days later right??? Posting for great info im getting ready to worm all my chickens that almost 3 months old is this a ok time to do it? ?

If your chicks are only 3 months old, I would wait another month or two before doing the first worming, unless you are seeing worms.
I like to worm mine for the first time around 4 or 5 months of age. That way I won't have to toss any eggs the first time.

Also, if your birds are that young, start with the safeguard. I would only start with Wazine if I was worming older birds that had never been wormed.
A 4 or 5 month old chick should not have such a heavy worm load that you have to worry about over loading the system with a broad spectrum wormer like safeguard.
