worming

I believe my chickens need to be wormed. I have no idea of the safest way to worm 6 chickens. Can I eat the eggs? I have only 6 chickens 4 Americania hens about 2 years old and one, "who knows" also 2 years old. My rooster is a beautiful iridesent Americania. They run free an hour or two each day. Should I wait until it is a little warmer? I do not like to admit that it is in the 20s and 30s at night in northern Florida this year, but it is. I might add that my chickens are very quiet and docile except for "who knows", she is a loud mouth and rude.

Please help if you can.
