My hens have had a respiratory infection (I think) for close to a week. I took the sickest one to a vet and was given antibiotics for the whole flock as well as meloxicam to help with symptoms. They’ve had low energy, coughing, congestion, and swollen eyes. I am on day 6 (out of 7) of antibiotics and just found worms in some droppings. I don’t know which lady it was and it only appears to be in one dropping pile.

Do they have a respiratory infection AND worms? Do I go back to the vet or can I treat worms myself?

Looks like roundworms to me. You can treat for worms yourself. Continue with the anitbiotics from the vet, and get some Valbazen or Safeguard and dose like in the posts below. Everyone in the flock will need to be treated.

Also here's how to dose chickens with a syringe without it going into their lungs and killing them. It's pretty easy once you know what to do. More technique tips in the second link.
