After scalding them I plucked the wings first, and was alarmed to see what appeared to be worms . This is my first time preparing a bird for cooking, so I am not certain. Attached is a photo . I would appreciate it if someone experienced would give me their opinion. Are these parasitic worms? Are the birds edible? Thank you.
