Worms?

Is she overweight? Is she allowed to free range and get exercise? Do you feed her alot of food scraps and carbohydrates such as bread, rice or pasta?

I think she was kinda overweight, but she had been eating the same and getting the same exercise as the other one. I have been mostly giving them uncooked rice for treat, a little in the morning and afternoon.

I notice that she is shaking her head from time to time when she is sitting down and resting at day time. Could that possibly be a sign of having gapeworms? At night she is just quietly sleepy without shaking head.

Update: She is much better now. I have been giving her Nutri-Drench Poultry. She drinks and eats normally and has gained some weight back. But now she has lost her voice, everything else seems fine.

Is it like she's hoarse?
I would check her crop to make sure it's empty in the morning, monitor her for any symptoms of respiratory illness and look inside the beak to make sure there's no canker, lesions or sores.

Yes, it is like hoarse, and her voice is very tiny. When she is sitting down resting she's breathing heavier than the other hen. I think it might be respiratory illness. I've order Vetrx see if that helps.

Can you feel her abdomen to see if it feels swollen or fluid filled?

I don't feel anything in her crop. Her abdomen is always fat, if there is fluid in there, it is the same as the size from 2 weeks ago and it didn't get worse.

Is she sneezing at 0:15 ?

I would check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. Look inside her beak and throat to make sure there's no obstruction, canker or lesions. Look inside her ears for any debris or infection.

She is walking with a bit of wide stance - you say she is fat - well is it fat or fluid? Even if it's not changed in 2 weeks from you feeling of it, there can be more that's going on inside.

She has started gasping a little since Sunday, I can hear wheezing as she breaths, I noticed she had runny nose at Sunday night. I gave her vetRx on Monday and she felt better, the wheezing is gone, but she still gasps slightly.

I think she might have fluid in her abdomen, her walking doesn't seem normal, her thighs seem to be pushed sideways, her feet turn a little inward, that makes her stance look like an upside down triangle. Poor girl.

Fluid in the abdomen can cause labored breathing.
Can you take her to a vet to be drained?
If not and her symptoms worsen/she is in a state of decline, you could try draining her yourself to give her some relief.
