Worms?

Update: (I want to do it earlier but I need to wait for my parents to be back from a trip so I can do it with 2 people.)
Today I have drained 2 35cc syringes of clear yellow fluid from her belly, then let her stand and walk around as the fluid continues dripping, it drips even more than what I have drained. I feel it gets her out over 90% fluid.

She walks much better and starts to walk around a bit picking grass. Her appetite improves instantly. She is still suffering serious labored breathing and raspy coughing (sounds like raspy crow) that built up earlier, especially at night, it usually gets better in early morning. Hope her breathing will improve soon and not suffer too much before her time comes.

Glad you were able to drain her and she is walking and eating better.
I would check to make sure her crop is empty in the mornings.

If the raspy/labored breathing does not improve in the next day or so, you could try an antibiotic like Tylan50 to see if that helps her. Dosage is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.
