What kind are they and how to treat?
They are long and thin, white/tan looking . Like spaghetti . That watery brown splatter up to the right is from the same chicken so.. she’s got diarrhea

Welcome To BYC

Those are Roundworms in the poop. Treatment is below.

To treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworm you can use Safeguard Liquid Goat Dewormer or Equine Paste (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole). Both are given orally by weight; they do not mix well with water.

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
---OR---
Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days

Here's how to give oral medications:

How does one go about weighing chickens, does the dose have to be exact?

Get the dose close, there's still a bit of wiggle room.

If you have similar breeds of the same size, weigh one or two, this will get you really close to the weight of each hen.
Thank you .. in the event I’m unable to give them doses like that, is there another option? Like paste in the mouth, paste to put on the body or something to put in the water?

The SafeGuard horse paste works well as Wyorp Rock pointed out. You still have to use a syringe to give the proper dose, which is the same amount as the SafeGuard liquid goat wormer. It is 1/4 ml per pound of weight for 5 consecutive days. For a 5 pound chicken that would be 1.25 ml or 1 1/4 ml. Just put some paste or liquid shaken well in a cup, and draw up the dose in the syringe. You can get 3 ml syringes at most feed stores and online. Remove any needle and use it without the needle. 1.25 ml is equivalent to 1/4 of a teaspoonful.

Does the paste have to be put down into their throat or can it just be put on their tongue
